Gary began his career as a licensed New Hampshire real estate salesperson at the age of 18 in a family-owned real estate company in Concord, New Hampshire. Over the past 38 years he has continued his career in real estate and related industries including; real estate education; title services; and mortgage lending. He is a founding partner and former owner of Horizon Settlement Services, Brokers Title and Accredited Real Estate Academy. Although he is no longer an active agent, he still maintains his broker’s license in Maine where he is also a frequent instructor of real estate related courses. During the past 16 years he has taught real estate and mortgage related courses to over 4,800 attendees. He is also a frequent speaker at regional mortgage banking and real estate conferences throughout New England.
